Parallel Processing of ART1 Neural Network Algorithm and Application for Recognition of Color Images

It is well known, that standard ART1 network may process only binary images. In this paper we develop a method for a parallel processing of ART1 neural network algorithm, which allow to recognition of color images and speed up of the image processing and recognition.
